Today was a gorgeous day to stop by Pittulie Castle. The barley was growing up in the field, so out of respect for the farmer I only walked in the bare ruts left by the tractor, where no crop was at risk of being trampled. I walked the length of the field and around the other side to get an angle with good lighting. There seem to be conflicting records about Pittulie but Clan Fraser seems to be a common thread. It was likely built in the early 1600s.
